About KnowledgeBox
KnowledgeBox trains people for Cisco CCST and CCNA certifications in a classroom at the Chamber of Commerce in Tripoli — on a rack of real routers, switches and firewalls, not a video course. Cybersecurity, networking and programming, taught by instructors who still do this work for a living.
01 — Our mission
We train people in Tripoli for globally recognised Cisco certifications and for the work that comes after them — configuring networks, defending them, and writing the scripts that keep both running.
02 — Our vision
We want KnowledgeBox to be the default answer when someone in Lebanon asks where to train for a Cisco certification — the North's benchmark for hands-on cybersecurity and networking instruction.
Every motivated person in Tripoli should be able to reach world-class IT training on their own street, and walk into a technology career without leaving the country to do it.
“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”

Our values
Every course is built to Cisco certification standards, not to a marketing brochure. Students leave able to do the work, not just pass a quiz.
Our instructors still work in networks and security day to day. They bring that week’s problems into the lab with them.
Graduates stay in touch, refer roles to each other and come back to teach. The alumni network is part of the course.
Curriculum is revised each intake as the certifications and the threat landscape move. Nothing is taught from a slide deck written three years ago.
Our team
Cisco-certified instructors who spend their week in live networks and security operations, then bring that week's problems into the lab with them.
Lead Instructor — Cybersecurity
Cisco-certified security specialist. Eight years in threat analysis and incident response, now teaching the CCST Cybersecurity track and running the firewall lab.
Lead Instructor — Networking
CCNA and CCNP certified network engineer. Teaches routing, switching and subnetting on the rack, and leads the CCNA preparation track.
Lead Instructor — Programming
Full-stack developer with ten years in the field. Teaches Python, web development and the automation scripting that network engineers actually use.
Student Success Manager
Handles enrolment, batch scheduling and exam booking, and stays with each student from the first enquiry through to the certificate.

Our journey
We set up one classroom in Tripoli, wired a rack of Cisco routers and switches, and taught our first intake.
Cisco accredited us to deliver its official curriculum across Northern Lebanon.
We opened both certification tracks in person, with the exam voucher included in the fee.
We brought Python and automation scripting into the catalogue and opened a dedicated CCNA preparation track.
Our graduates now work in IT and security roles across Lebanon and the Gulf, and many refer the next intake.
